Step 4 - Add 2nd Dorsal, Pelvic and Anal Fins

Next add the second dorsal, pelvic, and anal fins. Note that the second dorsal and anal fins are much smaller than the pelvic fin and that the second dorsal fin is completely in front of the anal fin.
